kohlrabi, but we call them sputniks. Supposed to taste a little like broccoli stems. We'll see.
I remember Stacie growing those when we lived in WA.
MY FAVORITE!!! peel, slice, salt, eat!! YUM! I've never had them any way but raw...they taste a lot like cabbage hearts.
